1) ESSENTIAL BODY FAT:- essential means need this fat because this fat help to organ & nurve protect & growth of sheet. Overall

body fat, 3% of essential fat is fix. For example - A human is 10% body fat ,3% of essential fat is there & he said less than 3% of essential fat  he is die.


2)VISCERAL FAT:- This fat internal organ surround specially middle stomach inside which ever organ is there this surrounded fat is visceral fat. 
       
     The people whoes fat is more they have insulin resistance means he not more eat carbs there will be a problem in a organ. This fat is metabolic active it means you some dieting, exercises this fat reduce easily.
            Most of the people's experience the some week some month diet has been taken. The upper body is seen same but the little but is losing the weight.
            Some people not experience but visually those of the visceral fat is metabolic active, easily reduce this first has getting low & low.

3) SUBCUTANEOUS LAYER OF FAT:- This fat to show the saggy body which ever we are eating subcutaneous fat first come, when we are dieting or exercises subcutaneous fat to go last. This fat is difficult to reduce. This fat metabolically less active than visceral fat that is why if the take more time to become less. Round about 12% body fat is there subcutaneous fat is also there.

4) STUBBORN BODY FAT:- In man & women there is fat in a different body part such as in the thigh, lower stomach in men , hips and thigh in women this part are stubborn fat.
     
    Inside body two receptors is there one is ALFA-2 receptor & BETA-2
receptor most important to reducebody fat & this receptors 2-harmons is there one is  NORADRENALINE & secound is ADRENALINE this harmons most depend to reduce fat. This harmons attach the correct receptors then you reduce fat easily but his harmons not attach correct receptor then not a fat mobilizing.
     
   ADRENLINE HARMONE attach with BETA-2 receptor then fat loss process started But ALFA-2 attach NARADRENALINE then not remove fat. 
I explain this because this stubborn fat ALFA-2 receptor large amount in thigh, hips & lower stomach.
