INCREASE METABOLISM & GET LEAN FAST
Scientifically learn to increase metabolism. You need calories in a day to succeeded it is called a metabolism.
Basically three things to grow metabolism.
1) BMR/RMR:- besal metabolic rate/ Resting metabolic rate.
This BMR/RMR metabolism work to your organ functions related. Ex:-body temperature maintain, breathing process,enzymes production, etc.

You sleep all day, not work metabolism not sustained, not increased & this is called a BMR/RMR metabolism.

2) THERMIC EFFECT OF FOOD:- YOU EAT WHATEVER SOME ENERGY USE DIGESTION PROCESS, ESTIMATED. PROTEIN IS MORE THERMIC FOOD OR MORE CALORIES USE TO BREAK DOWN PROCESS.

3) THERMIC EFFECT OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY:- Whatever you exercises in a day & calorie to burn this part also a metabolism.
Metabolism is a RMR+ Thermic effect of food+ Thermic effect of activity.
Thermic effect of activity divided in two parts.
1) NORMAL EXERCISES: - its like gym, swimming, running etc.
2) NEAT:- This is called non exercises activity of thermogenesis. This activity is unplanned. This activity during the day work but not a planned. 
Most peoples ignored the NEAT .They do not understand focus the NEAT. You focus the NEAT automatically calories expenditure gain & metabolism boost. NEAT is important why important?  Normal work you done but sedentary lifestyle, you no work but inside body lipoprotein lipase fat mobility increase.
When you noy a work/sedentary lifestyle then lipoprotein lipase activity reduces & fat mobility decrease.
    You can actually advantage of NEAT non exercises activity thermogenesis to increase the amount of lipoprotein lipase & you can boost your metabolism & increase calories expenditure during a day.
         This methods to you most eat, effective, lean & calorie expenditure increase.

*INCREASE NEAT PROCESS: - You set a alarm on your mobile & after every one hours  5/10min just walked/ or push ups/and you seating process you movement/mobility & you can burn at a one time 20-40 calories burn. Imagine you in a day 6 time this process done. Approximate around 250 calories you burn.

2) you must uses fitness tracking gadgets use & walking no. Show & daily 10-20 walking steps added.
     Pure sedentary day you must walk 30-40 min in a day your NEAT increases.


1-2 times a week whichever sports you like just play. You vurn most calories.
