1) White sugar- white sugar is common sugar in india. 99% sucrose in white sugar. But this sucrose is 50% Glucose &
50% fructose is store in liver. White sugar of glycemic index is 66.
Harm body to over dosages. This sugar harm blood sugar high, diabetes.
Recommended dosages of white sugar is not more than 25-30gramms.
No minerals in white sugar.
2) Brown sugar- no difference of white sugar and brown sugar.
(Mundases means waste product. )
